The name of the blog is changing, not the theme. Because I just decided to give myself a more crafty name that is less Allu but equally Almost (if you know what I mean.)
Just like everybody else, I am an artist (yeah, that's the English meaning for the Arabic word - fa.nn.a'n - sounds similar to salaam.) But don't confuse that, please, with the guy wielding a paintbrush dripping with ominous colors that, once forced on a cheapest paper would become in a matter of seconds a costliest modern art. The art I am harping on here is different. Among the countless (but mostly pathetic) philosophical synonyms given to the heavy word LIFE, art is one. So if the life is an art, the one who is living it is an artist. And that includes everybody breathing on the face of this Earth. And each one uniquely different at it, in their own special ways.
Now it's a different matter that most of us take this art of ours (aka life) for granted and miss on its beautiful art-iculations. We fail when we don't make an effort to know how to st-art something new. We disappoint or get disappointed when we are not sincere in dealing with someone's he-art. We lose friends and family when we don't show commitment to make someone a p-art of our own. We don't succeed when the hard work lacks sm-art work. We don't move up the career when we don't know how to read that ch-art. We don't win the war if we don't thw-art (or outsm-art) the enemy. There's art in everything that the life has to offer. So much that if we are art-ful enough to touch others' lives and be touched, even the death won't erase the art that we lived.
Awesome. Isn't life worth practising? So when I seem to lose it, I revive myself by shouting at the top of my silence. I say "i," then pause; "am," then pause; "fannan," then pause never.
